Makers Empire is looking for a senior Unity 3D developer to join our small but expert team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated developer to join an Adelaide company with a global impact.
About the Job
Based either remotely or in our office at Lot Fourteen in Adelaide, you’ll be working on new ways to create amazing content with our 3D design technology. Kids in 50+ countries around the world have already created over 70 million designs using the Makers Empire app – that’s over 100,000 designs every day! We are working on some exciting new ways to enable students to make even better creations and take our app to a new level.
You’ll be part of an experienced, multi-disciplinary team backed by consistent revenue from our partnerships with education departments, corporate sponsors and trusts and foundations.
Most of the Makers Empire team have children of their own, so we value work-life balance. As long as your work gets done in a timely way, we don’t mind when or where it happens – flexible working arrangements can be negotiated.
About You
Level of Experience
This opportunity would be a good fit for someone with 5+ years of software development experience, and at least 3+ years of experience with Unity 3D.
Work or life experience with kids/tweens or experience designing games for kids/tweens would be extremely helpful.

As well as Unity 3D, we use a range of other technology so experience with any of the below would be a plus:
